Working ... doing ministry ... at MBC has many rewards. You can watch people come to know Jesus, and really grow in their love for Him. You can see individuals and families relax - and be a part of their physical refreshment.

MBC can be very "laid back" at times... and absolutely crazy at times... activity levels go from almost none to hour upon hour of work - 6 days a week during the summer!

We work in the service industry. As such, those who want to minister at MBC need to be the kinds of people who like to serve! While there is room to learn and grow, this is one of the basic requirements here.
