Ladies,
Summer has gone too quickly and I find myself sitting and looking at trees that have already begun to change colour. I guess I will have to pack up and move home soon - back to reality.
During the summer months at MBC, Women of Grace hosted several mid-morning teas and two dessert evenings. Thank you to Jenny Boot, Sandi Topping, Sue Lock, Deb Willows and Marg Willows who so willingly shared how the Lord has been at work in their lives. It was great to see many of you over the summer months and to hear how the Lord continues to work in your individual lives as well. Did you get a chance to see all the renovations here at MBC? I know those of you coming this fall will be amazed at all the work that has taken place this summer.
We are looking forward to our fall retreat and most plans are in place. Lisa Elliott, Lord willing, will be our speaker for the weekend. Dawn Woodland from Harvest Bible Chapel in Barrie will lead us in music. Our topic will be God’s waiting room and we cannot wait to see what the Lord has in store for each one of us as we meet together in His name.
